Abstract

Fajar Eko Firmansah Sri Wahyono, management study Program, high School of Economics of Muhammadiyah Cilacap, influence of leadership style, work discipline and work motivation to the performance of General Hospital nurse Santa Maria Cilacap. He was accompanied by a lecturer in Supervisor I Yasir Abdul Rahman, SE, M. Si and Supervisor II Esih Jayanti, SE, M.Sc. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline and work motivation to the performance of nurses of the General Hospital of Santa Maria Cilacap. The method used in this study used quantitative methods and samples used in this study of 32 nurses who were in the RSU of Santa Maria Cilacap with the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods with questionnaires, interviews and library studies. Data analysis using multiple regression analyses. The results showed that in test F the regression conducted was found that all variables covering the leadership style, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affected the nurse's performance, this was demonstrated by the test value of The F that generates the Fcalculate value of 54.763 is greater than Ftable 2.90. Based on the results of a partial T-test, variable leadership style, work discipline and work motivation affect the performance of nurses. It is indicated by the value of Tcount leadership style 2.674, 2.408 work discipline and 5.727 work motivation is greater than Ttable 1.693.
