Based on the results of the T test obtained by the value of t arithmetic variable salary thitung equal to -1.230 <1.67655 the hypothesis is rejected. Variable work environment value of tcount is 5.658> 1.67655 hypothesis accepted. Work culture variable thitung is 1.555 <1.67655 the hypothesis is rejected.
