Abstract

Hima Setioko, Managaement Program (Bachelor Program), College of Economics Muhammadiyah Cilacap, Leadership Infulences, work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah Sampang Cilacap. With advisor I Zamroni, SE, M.Si and advisor II Esih Jayanti SE, M.Sc Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person within an organization in accordance with the authority and responsibilities of each in order to achieve organizational goals. Given the performance of the teacher is very important in achieving the productivity of labor, it is necessary that the working environment in which the work is done to support teachers to work optimally and efficiently. One way to maximize the performance of teachers that is by fixing the supporting factors such performance. The factors that affect the performance of one of them is leadership, work motivation and work discipline. Based on this, it will be examined whether there is influence of leadership, work motivation and discipline of work on teacher performance . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership,work motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Sampang Cilacap. This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah Sampang Cilacap. Total population defined by 40 respondents. As an independent variable, namely the work motivation and work discipline , and the dependent variable is the performance of teachers. The analysis used include test validity, reliability testing, MSI ( Method Successive Interval ), the classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the T test on the first hypothesis of the leadership variable the value of Tcount < Ttable is 1,170 <1,68709 the hypothesis is rejected. In the second hypothesis the work motivation variable obtained a value of Tcount < Ttable of -0.505 < 1.68709 the hypothesis was rejected. In the third hypothesis, the work discipline variable obtained a value of Tcount > Ttable of 4.014 > 1.68709 the hypothesis was accepted. then the results of the analysis obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable of 7.401 > 2.86. Conclusions, the variable that most influences the Teacher Performance variable (Y) is the work discipline variable (X3).
