Abstract

Anugrah Jaya Elektrika. Accompanied by Supervisor I Muslim Fikri, SE,M.Si and Counselor II Zamroni, SE,M.Si. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job promotion and work placement on job satisfaction at PT. Anugrah Jaya Elektrika. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 23 respondent employees in PT. Anugrah Jaya Elektrika with a random sampling method. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the regression F test conducted it was found that all variables including work motivation, job promotion and job placement simultaneously influence job satisfaction, this is indicatedby the F test value wich result in a calculated F value of 7,210 greater than F tabel 3,03. Based on the result of the T test wich is carried partially the variables than influence the work motivation are job satisfaction. This is indicated by the value of T value of 4,476. While the variable job promotion of 0,607 and job placement -0,351 partially did not affect job satisfaction with a T table of 1,697.
