Abstract

Thohir Thobroni, Management Study Program (Bachelor Program), Muhammadiyah Cilacap College of Economics, Effects of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Bank Syariah Syariah Suriyah Cilacap. With supervisor I Rustina Dewi W, S.E, M.Sc and supervisor II Muslim Fikri, S.E, M.Sc. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (Y) on Employee Performance at PT Bank Syariah Syariah Suriyah Cilacap. The number of respondents determined was 40 people. As an independent variable, namely Compensation, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, MSI (Method Successive Interval), classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the T test on the first hypothesis of the Compensation variable the value of Tcount> T table of 3.659> 1.68709 hypothesis is accepted. In the second hypothesis Motivation variables obtained Tcount value F table of 7.522> 2.85. The conclusion of this study is based on the results of research the most dominant variable that affects employee performance, namely compensation with a coefficient (β) of 0.509. Adjusted R Square determination coefficient value of 0.334. This means that Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) has a contribution of 0.334 or 33.4% to Employee Performance (Y) at PT BPRS Suriyah Cilacap, while the remaining 0.666 or 6.66% is influenced by factors others that are not researched.
