Abstract

Every organization, be it a company, social organization or government organization, has goals that can be achieved through carrying out certain jobs using all the resources that exist within the organization and those who play the most role in the context of calling for organizational goals are Human Resources. The Cilacap Ocean Fisheries Port participates in the reform bureaucracy, where basically employees are required to be present to provide services to the community. Agencies or companies can create good employee performance if the influencing variables such as democratic leadership style, work environment and work culture can be properly accommodated and accepted by all employees in an agency and company. This research is a descriptive and casual research with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling by purposive sampling technique with a total sample taken of 74 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the democratic leadership style and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work culture partially has a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously democratic leadership style, work environment and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
