Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effects of Supervision (X1), Work motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Cilacap Regency Satpol PP agency. The sampling technique in this research used total sampling and data was obtained for 47 samples. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, MSI (Method of Successive Interval) tests, classical assumption tests including linearity tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests including t tests and t tests. F, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that supervision does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Supervision, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: supervision, motivation, work environment, employee performance
