Abstract

Yunia Cahya Ningrum, Management Study Program - Undergraduate Program, STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap, The Influence of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on the Performance of Lazismu Employees, Kebumen Regency, accompanied by supervisor I Zamroni, SE, M.Sc. and Supervisor II Muslim Fikri, SE, M.Sc. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) in Lazismu, Kebumen Regency. The population in this study were 40 Lazismu employees in Kebumen Regency, with a sample of 40 employees. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, linearity test and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing includes t test and F test, analysis of the determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that: (1) the effect of work motivation did not affect the performance of Lazismu employees in Kebumen Regency with tcount (-2.874) smaller than ttable, namely (2.028) and a significant value greater than 0.05, namely 007. (2) ) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Lazismu employees, Kebumen Regency, with tcount (2.725) is greater than t table, namely (2.028) and its significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0.10. (3) the effect of the work environment on the performance of Lazismu employees in Kebumen Regency with tcount (4.427) is greater than ttable, namely (2.028) and its significant value is less than 0.05, namely 000. (4) Effect of work motivation (X1) the influence of organizational culture (X2) the influence of the work environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) influences simultaneously with Fcount (8.934) greater than Ftable (2.87) and its significant value is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 Keywords: Effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
