Abstract
Anita Ulul Ma'munah, Management Study Program (Bachelor Program) Muhammadiyah College of Economics (STIE) Cilacap, The Influence of Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Anggraeni Perdana Cilacap. With Supervisor I Mrs. Esih Jayanti, S.E., M.Sc and Supervisor II Mr. Sudiyono, S.E., M.Si. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and work motivation (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT Anggraeni Perdana Cilacap. Data collection was carried out by distributing 52 questionnaires to employees of PT Anggraeni Perdana Cilacap. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, MSI tests, classical assumption tests including linearity tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis tests including the t test and F test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) . The results of the analysis show that compensation has no effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.659 > 0.05. Meanwhile, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05.
