Abstract
This study aims to test Leadership Style (X1), Work Stress (X2) and Work Training (X3) towards Employee Performance of PT Pertamina (Persero) Lube Oil Complex I RU IV Cilacap. The populations in this study is 45 employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Lube Oil Complex I RU IV Cilacap and took sample of 32 respondent. The sampling technique used random sampling.The data collection technique used questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination which in this study using SPSS 24.00. Individual significant test results (t test) show that leadership style has a significant influence towards employee performance, work stress has a significant influence towards employee performance and work training has a significant influence towards employee performance where the significant value less than 0,05.Simultaneous significant test results (F test) show that leadership style, work stress and work training have a significant influence together towardsemployee performance, this can be seen from the results of SPSS which shows a significant value that is smaller than ɑ (0.000 <0.05). The test results of the coefficient of determination show that together the leadership style, work stress and work training of the employee performance which its contribution looks strong because the Rsquare value is 0.778 or equal to 77.8%
