Abstract
Ayu Nita Agustin, Accounting Study Program- STIE Muhammadiyah Cilacap, Profitability and Capital Structure on Firm Value (Empirical Study on Property and Real Estate Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018). This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Capital Structure on Firm Value (Empirical Study on Property and Real Estate Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years from 2015-2018 The study population is a Property and Real Estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, the type of data used was secondary data and obtained 14 Property and Real Estate companies used as samples. The analysis method to test the dependent variable and the independent variable used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that : Profitability has no effect on Firm Valu, Capital Structure has an effect on Firm Value. So companies must focus more on capital structures that affect the vakue of the valueof the company, but without ignoring profitability. The further research by adding research periods, replacing research object and adding other variables or can use other proxies to calculate company value.
