Abstract
RINGKASAN Dena Robika, Program Studi Manajemen-Program Sarjana, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muhammadiyah Cilacap, Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Etos Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi Kasus Pada Sekolah Dasar di Desa Panimbang), Komisi Pembimbing, Pembimbing I : Rustina Dewi Werdiasih, SE, M.Si, Pembimbing II : Esih Jayanti, SE, M.Sc Motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja guru. Motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja yang dirasakan oleh guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru atau menurunkan kinerja guru. Motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja yang dirasa cukup oleh para guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 5 Sekolah Dasar di Desa Panimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 50 responden. Variabel independennya, yaitu motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja guru. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, MSI (Method Succesive Interval), uji hipotesis, uji determinasi R square dan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi dan etos kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, tetapi hasil analisis pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan motivasi, etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 51,2 persen variasi dari kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sedangkan 48,8 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian. Motivation, work etic and work experience are perceived by performance teacher can improve performance teacher or degrade performance teacher. Motivation, work etic and working experience that are considered sufficient by teacher can increase performance teacher. This research was conducted at the 5 Primary School in Panimbang village. this study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work etic and working experience on performance teacher. The number of samples is determined as much as 50 respondents. As an independent variable namely motivation, work etic and woking experience and the dependent variable is performance teacher. The analysis used include test validity, reliability testing, MSI (Method Successive Interval), testing hypotheses, determination R square test, and classical assumption test. The results of analysis show that variablemotivation and work etic have no significant effect on performance teacher, but the results of the working experience analysis have a significant effect on performance teacher. Motivaton, work etic and working experience simultaneously effect the performance teacher. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 51,2 percent of the variation in performance teacher can be explained by the independent variabels, while 48,8 percent is explained by other factors outside the research.
